The Psychologically Healthy Workplace 

Hawaii Human Resources, Inc. (HiHR) caters their employees’ lunch every day, always including healthy options.  Any training the employee wants, the company will pay for and they also pay the employee while they are in their classes.  The company's health insurance covers acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage therapies and other alternative medical practices.  

They also have a massage therapist that gives everyone a massage about every other month. Employees with children are encouraged to bring their children and there is a dedicated  play room and quiet space for them to do their homework.  

They promote work/life balance:  When one employee had an ill mother, the company allowed her to work remotely for 2 months on full pay while in Oklahoma.
