Description
The Hawaii Meth Project is a non-profit organization focused on reducing first-time methamphetamine use primarily among teens. Cindy Adams will speak to the program model and achievements to date. 

In 2004, First Circuit Judge Steven Alm launched a pilot program to reduce probation violations by drug offenders and others at high risk of recidivism. Learn how this innovative high intensity supervision program, Project HOPE, has improved outcomes.
