Chinatown Newspaper [http://www.chinatownnewspaper.com/]
Chinatown Newspaper’s mission is to link and connect Downtowns/ Chinatowns at a national and international level through our publication. We envision Chinatown Newspaper entering multiple markets while connecting them with each other, and encouraging cross-market advertising.
Every "First Thursday" of every month in Portland, Oregon and every "First Friday" of every month in Honolulu, Hawaii the Chinatown Newspaper crew blitz the streets and personally distribute the newspaper to locals, transplants, visitors, shops, restaurants and bars within the Downtown/China- town area. Our distribution extends to other select areas within the city of Portland and the island of O’ahu.
A unique feature of our distribution is our artistic newsstands (currently only in Honolulu). We encourage local artists to flip our newsstands with their art in order to support local talent.
