ALTRES encourages participation in wellness programs which includes Weight Watchers, Healthy Workplace, 24 Hour Fitness memberships, monthly employee recognition and smoking cessation programs. The company maintains a high degree of flexibility on adjusting the worker’s schedule to accommodate personal/family issues. The company also sponsors benefits for family members and domestic partners, and are currently evaluating the feasibility of long term care.
