Aloha United Way has become part of local culture in Hawaii and is a great place to work. They offer flexible work hours with 10AM – 2PM as the only core hours.

The Marketing Department runs a monthly book club focusing on books related to marketing and fundraising.

There is a system in place to address any and all complaints within a month’s period with updates/feedback at Staff meetings. And there are membership benefits at the Nuuanu YMCA so that they can exercise and stay fit.
