In satisfying their mission of meeting the needs of children, the abused, neglected, children of our community, Casey Family Programs gives to their own employees the same attention to need, development and caring. This is reflected in low staff turnover, on-going staff needs assessment and development, and providing staff a voice in operations.

From the initial date of hire, employees are offered a regular health screening program, with wellness counseling and feedback that is designed to promote a healthy lifestyle.
