This organization was rated "Excellent" in all five categories. The Hilton Waikoloa Village also recently won the Hawaii State Award of Excellence Oihana Maika'i Red Lei Award, which symbolizes "significant levels of excellence."

Castle Medical Center earned special recognition based upon the unique combination of health-related programs and benefits provided to its employees. From the initial date of hire, employees are offered a regular health screening program, with wellness counseling and feedback that is designed to promote a healthy lifestyle.

Castle Medical Center also gives a continuing education allowance to every employee in the organization. Other distinguishing programs include child care and workout facilities, as well as access to classes in yoga, aerobics and many other health-related programs. Their employee cafeteria is vegetarian.
