KCPC “practices what it preaches” by modeling an efficient, healthy and open organization. Their “Ohana based value system” recognizes individuals with different personalities, backgrounds and strengths. The average tenure for employees is reported to be more than 15 years. Employees are provided flexible work hours, and remote computer access allows the employee to take time for themselves or their family when needed. Kids and pets are allowed in the workplace during the day or after school.
