Psychologists are increasingly involved with Family Court
through divorce, paternity, and CPS cases. This symposium
will present information concerning this hybrid clinical-
forensic role with a focus on understanding the unique
context and aspects of forensic mental health counseling,
best practice guidelines, ethical issues, and risk
management techniques. Case vignettes will be presented.
